These Terms of Service govern your use of Occuply ("Service"), operated by Occuply ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
1. Service Description
Occuply provides short-term rental analytics by processing booking confirmation emails you forward to us. We parse these emails to extract booking data and display it in your dashboard. We do not connect to Airbnb, VRBO, or any other platform directly.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your account or inbound email address with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You may only forward booking confirmation emails that you are entitled to receive. You must not use the Service to process emails you do not own or have authorization to forward. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the email processing system.
4. Payment and Billing
The Service is offered at $9.99/month. Billing is processed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time and will retain access through the end of your billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
5. Data and Privacy
Your booking data is used solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
6. Accuracy of Data
We use AI to parse booking confirmation emails. While we strive for accuracy, parsed data may occasionally contain errors. You should verify important figures (revenue, dates, guest counts) against your source platform. We are not liable for decisions made based on inaccurate parsed data.
7. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages outside our control.
8. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from the Settings page. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Occuply is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
